We have the pleasure of recruiting for a Marketing Assistant for our client based between Sleaford and Grantham. This is an exciting opportunity join a growing business. You will join a a small, friendly team reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, coordinate communications and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels.

This is a full time office based role with a salary of 25,000. Due to the rural location, you must drive and have your own reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist in planning, creating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers and external agencies to meet deadlines and maintain brand standards
  • Provide updates and website content as well as schedule and post content across social media channels.
  • Capture high-quality photographs of products, events and team activities for marketing use.
  • Assist in planning, promoting and delivering events, exhibitions and trade shows.

The ideal candidate will have previous marketing and communications experience and have a good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles as well as experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). You will also have strong organisational skills with attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
