We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Marketing Assistant to join us at Scotland’s leading Dental Group. Clyde Munro is a fast-paced organisation, expanding across Scotland, and we are now looking for a motivated individual with a passion for marketing – including a particular interest in social media and communications - to support our marketing team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand and grow your skill set as you support the daily execution of Clyde Munro’s marketing strategy. We offer remote working with the occasional requirement to work from our Support Office in Glasgow City Centre. In this position, you may also be required to travel between our sites at times.

Your Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the wider marketing team, practice management and support teams to ensure the business is promoted effectively and the correct audiences are targeted with marketing campaigns across various channels. This includes working with internal departments as well as external agency partners.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, events and promotional materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Social Media: Support the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media platforms including audience engagement. Manage the onboarding and merging of Facebook and Instagram accounts for new practices.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing events and other promotional activities including internal conferences and external trade shows.
  • Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support to the marketing team including processing orders and maintaining organised records.
  • Internal Communication & Collaboration: Ownership of internal marketing communications and practice liaison. This includes individual practice support ranging from patient email creation, event promotion, social media support, website updates and content creation.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support larger campaigns through tailored social content and internal communication support.
  • Content Library Management: Maintain an organised archive of visual and written content for reuse across channels.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging social media trends and platform updates, making proactive recommendations.

Education: A degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.

Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is a plus.
