Marketing Assistant

The Ignition Technology Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our Farnborough office. We are a leading value-added distributor specializing in fast-growing and innovative SaaS and Cloud cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Director and support the execution of vendor marketing campaigns and handle daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing, vendor managers, and sales teams with communication and marketing efforts.
• Manage marketing campaign budgets, requests, invoicing, and claims.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners.
• Create reports, update trackers, and manage calendars.
• Develop content for social media, eDMs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Use marketing automation tools to create and send email campaigns.
• Update the company website and digital assets as needed.
• Assist in organizing webinars and events.
• Manage marketing database operations.
• Oversee stock control of promotional items and giveaways.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to create marketing assets and support integrated campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Adobe CC Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress is a plus.
