About the Role

We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing activity of Warwick Conferences and Warwick Food Group.

Working within our commercial marketing team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing while gaining experience across two of the University's commercial business areas.

Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll help deliver campaigns that drive enquiries, bookings, footfall and customer engagement.

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity. You'll assist with campaign administration, content creation, email marketing, website updates, social media activity and event support, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

You'll also help co-ordinate marketing projects, manage promotional materials, support campaign reporting and work closely with colleagues across both businesses to bring marketing plans to life.

This is a varied role that offers exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines and provides a fantastic foundation for someone looking to develop a long-term career in marketing.
