Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will provide essential operational support and execute campaigns with a hands-on, collaborative approach. This remote role requires attending role-specific events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dedicated digital marketing experience.
• Proven hands-on experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Coordinate, build, and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns across paid social, email marketing, and search networks.
• Content & Copywriting: Produce high-converting advertising copy, monthly email newsletters, and SEO blog posts.
• Social Media Execution: Schedule and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report KPIs via Google Analytics and adjust strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with PR consultants on video productions.

Are you a creative marketer passionate about talent attraction and brand building. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to fill our vacant position.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for bringing our employer brand to life, designing compelling recruitment campaigns, and attracting top-tier talent across multiple channels.

This is a remote working role; however, you will be required to attend role specific events as required.

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will act as the support for our multi-channel marketing campaigns. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that blends data analytics with bold creative execution to scale brand awareness and lead generation.

Purpose

The Marketing Assistant is required to provide essential operational, logistical, and organisational support to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Coordinate, build, and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns across paid social, email marketing, and search networks.
• Content & Copywriting: Produce high-converting advertising copy, monthly email newsletters, and search engine optimised (SEO) blog posts.
• Social Media Execution: Schedule and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, keeping a pulse on emerging digital trends.
• Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) via Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to maximise return on ad spend.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in partnership with our PR consultants in respect of video productions.

Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1+ years of dedicated digital marketing experience.
• Platform Proficiency: Proven hands‑on experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using Google Analytics to derive actionable performance insights from raw data.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for typographical and visual detail.
• Agility: A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the structural skill set to balance multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.

Qualifications

Desirable: Degree in marketing or business studies.
