Job Description:

We are an independent vocational education training provider seeking positive, dynamic individuals to join our expanding team and help others develop through apprenticeships. We offer full-time, part-time, or freelance opportunities with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 FTE, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging apprenticeship training and coaching to marketing professionals at various career stages.
• Supporting learners in developing skills in campaign planning, SEO, PPC, content creation, analytics, and digital strategy.
• Conducting 1:1 sessions and group workshops (mainly remote, with occasional in-person sessions).
• Guiding learners on assignments and preparing them for End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Collaborating with employers to ensure training meets workplace needs.
• Maintaining compliance and learner engagement throughout the training process.

Training levels include:

• Level 3 Content Creator
• Level 4 Marketing Executive
• Level 6 Marketing Manager

Ideal candidate:

• Has a strong background in marketing (agency, freelance, or in-house) with current industry knowledge.
• Experience delivering apprenticeships or professional training.
• Possesses a learner-centered approach, inspiring and motivating diverse individuals.
• Proficient with digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing, content planning).
• Holds a recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., AET, CAVA, TAQA, PGCE) or is willing to obtain one.
• Confident with e-portfolios and digital delivery tools.

Experience with apprenticeships, standards, EPA processes, and supporting learners with additional needs is preferred.
