Job summary

VQ Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Apprenticeship Coach to support and inspire marketing apprentices throughout their learning journey. You’ll deliver online training, coach and assess learners, and help employers and learners achieve successful outcomes.

You’ll also support our marketing activity by creating promotional content and managing our social media presence, while maintaining accurate records and compliance throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering presentations or training.
• Teaching and/or Assessor qualification.
• Experience delivering apprenticeships or work-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Marketing apprentices.
• Deliver engaging online training and coaching sessions.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback.
• Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Build positive employer relationships and monitor learner progress.
• Create marketing content and manage VQ Solutions' social media channels.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance.

Remote | Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) | Part-time considered | £35k-£40k Salary range

What we're looking for

• CIM or equivalent Level 5+ Marketing qualification.
• Industry experience in marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering presentations or training.
• Teaching and/or Assessor qualification.
• Experience delivering apprenticeships or work-based learning.
