Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours a week)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to earn a nationally recognised qualification whilst gaining practical and in-depth experience of the marketing and events industry. You will join, and will have the support of, our close-knit, friendly, and award-winning marketing team. This role forms part of a college-led apprenticeship, combining classroom learning with vital industry experience.

Role and responsibilities

This role offers the chance to develop skills across various marketing activities, channels, and systems. Your daily tasks will include:

• Creating engaging content for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter), including videos and graphics
• Producing written content such as website articles, press releases, webpages, advertisements, and content for our internal magazine
• Designing branded documents like flyers, brochures, and posters, ensuring brand consistency
• Assisting with organising and delivering events, from internal socials to seminars and webinars
• Monitoring content performance across digital channels
• Conducting market research and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities
• Managing marketing administration activities, including updating systems and managing materials supply
• Collaborating with colleagues at all levels to support marketing needs

The ideal candidate will have

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A logical approach to work
• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• An interest in marketing and events, with a desire to start a career in the industry
