Job summary

DJH is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team in Stoke on Trent. You’ll learn from experienced marketers, work on real client projects, and see the impact of your ideas while developing your marketing knowledge.

You'll gain hands-on experience across digital and offline channels, support campaigns and events, and contribute to brand consistency as you grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Be enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn as you start your career.
• Strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly and listen to feedback.
• Creative approach to words, images and ideas to craft engaging content.
• Genuine interest in marketing and social media, understanding what resonates with audiences.
• Organised and reliable, capable of meeting deadlines and juggling tasks.
• Natural collaborator who enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others.
• GCSEs and A-Levels (or equivalent) are required; apprenticeship candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of marketing activity to raise awareness of DJH's services.
• Help create and share engaging content across digital and offline channels.
• Support webinars, events and sponsorship activities connecting DJH with clients and local communities.
• Assist with website, social media and email marketing while learning how channels drive growth.
• Maintain marketing records and assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to understand services and support marketing across the network.
• Contribute ideas and support marketing projects while developing knowledge and skills.
• Act as a brand ambassador, keeping our look and messages consistent across the group.

We're looking for an enthusiastic
Marketing Apprentice to join our growing marketing team. • Support webinars, networking events and sponsorship activities that connect DJH with clients and local business communities.
• Assist with website, social media and email marketing activity whilst learning how digital channels contribute to business growth.
• Help maintain marketing records and providing support with campaign reporting and performance tracking.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand their services, share ideas and support marketing activity across our office network.
• Contribute to team discussions and marketing projects, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives whilst developing your marketing knowledge and skills.
• Be an active brand ambassador, tasked with keeping our look, feel and messages consistent across the group

• Have achieved your GCSEs and A-Levels (or equivalent) and are looking to begin an apprenticeship. Already in an apprenticeship role? No problem - we're happy to consider applications from candidates with up to one year of relevant experience!
