Job Title: Day-to-Day Artist Manager / Marketing Assistant

Management, marketing & social media assistant to join a music company in London.

The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with exceptional organisational skills, digital acumen, and a passion for electronic music.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and digital strategy for a small but influential roster of artists.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Artist Management & Communication:
  • You will be the main point of contact for clients, checking in daily and handling requests promptly.
  • You will be in regular contact with artists via WhatsApp.
  • Social Media & Content Creation:
    • Develop, execute, and report on social media strategies tailored for each artist.
    • Design engaging digital content, including graphics and short-form videos.
    • Shoot and edit content pieces across various formats (e.g., iPhone).
    • Manage and optimise social media accounts.
  • Project & Campaign Management:
    • Help plan and implement client projects, including global music releases, brand partnerships, and international tours.
    • Execute digital initiatives and innovative ideas.
  • Community Management:
    • Oversee community engagement across platforms.
    • Work with artists to optimise social media platform use.
    About You:
    • Experience in artist management, social media, or creative marketing roles.
    • Previous music industry experience is preferred but not essential. A passion for music is mandatory.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to challenging situations.
    • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn rapidly.
