As a Marketing Apprentice at Nutcracker, you'll be at the heart of their agency, working across various teams including Brand, Design, Graphics, Web Design, and with a special focus on SEO. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the SEO and Online Marketing Team to enhance their internet presence, track analytics, and find joy in optimising their strategies. You'll be an integral part of all projects, supporting client campaigns, and boosting ROI.

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 Multi Channel Marketing Qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Creative Alliance.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • · Engage in Social Media Campaigns and meticulously track analytics.
  • · Collaborate with the Graphics team to craft captivating designs.
  • · Dive into offline marketing, including creating event packs for clients.
  • · Work closely with the Brand team to ensure consistency and impact.
  • · Support the Design Team in creating visually stunning assets.
  • · Get hands-on experience with SEO and Online Marketing, actively contributing to our internet growth.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Creative Alliance team

You need to have achieved Level C/4 or higher in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) to be accepted onto this apprenticeship.

As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms.As part of the Marketing team, the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.
