Job description

We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing and Partnerships Exec to support the growth of tmgroup’s marketing activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a varied and hands-on role, working across digital campaigns, events, and communications within an innovative and fast-growing technology business.

About The Role

As Marketing and Partnerships Executive, you’ll support and deliver a wide range of marketing and partner engagement activities. You’ll contribute to the creation and execution of campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement, while also strengthening relationships with our network of resellers and technology partners.

Day to day, you’ll write content for digital channels including email and social media, prepare marketing and sales enablement materials, assist in planning and delivering events, webinars, and training sessions. You’ll also support internal reporting on campaign performance and partnership activity, ensuring continuous improvement.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and development potential. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative marketing team where your ideas and work can make a real impact.

About You

You’ll have experience from a marketing or communications role, ideally in a B2B or technology-led business. You’re a confident communicator with strong writing skills and a proactive mindset. You enjoy managing multiple projects and are familiar with tools like email marketing platforms, content management systems, and AI tools.

You’re curious, commercially aware, and eager to understand how marketing supports broader business goals. You take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and are eager to learn and grow in a role that combines marketing and partnership development.

Desired Skills And Experience
  • Over 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or property/legal sectors
  • Exceptional writing skills, able to adapt tone and style for different audiences and explain complex technology clearly
  • Experience creating diverse content: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, web copy, sales materials
  • Strong research skills to understand new topics, interview experts, and synthesize information
  • Experience with events, both in-person and virtual, and supporting trade shows
  • Stakeholder management skills, confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus
