We are seeking a hands-on Marketing and Operations Associate to support our executive and wider teams with daily tasks. If you are eager to grow your skills in a startup environment, thrive on multitasking, and enjoy a creative approach to your work, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will span Operations, Marketing, and Administrative support.

Operations - 40%
  • Support travel arrangements, visas, and organize team activities
  • Manage purchasing of equipment and tools; maintain relationships with IT providers
  • Maintain and optimize our digital infrastructure across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment in compliance with policies
  • Lead annual compliance activities, including insurance and renewals
Marketing - 40%
Collateral Design
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures and presentations
  • Develop and maintain branded templates for internal and external use
  • Edit external materials to align with brand standards
Event Management
  • Assist in developing event strategies and identifying key industry events
  • Manage expo design, vendor coordination, production, and logistics
  • Support event administration, including insurance and utilities
Digital Marketing - Social Media and Website
  • Create engaging digital content, including graphics and animations
  • Produce multimedia content like blogs, videos, or podcasts
  • Monitor website performance, SEO, and analytics
Executive Admin Support - 20%
  • Manage calendars and organize meetings as needed
