Marketing and Office Administrator
Location: Preston fully onsite
Contract Type: Permanent 30 to 37.5 hrs per week
Are you an enthusiastic and talented individual with skills in marketing and office administration? Our client, a well-established architect firm based in Preston, are seeking a Marketing Administrator / Office administrator to join their team. If you are passionate about creating compelling social media, coordinating marketing activities, administration within the office working and joining a dynamic environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Researching project histories, practise procedures, and general business requirements in support of bids
Producing and updating practise brochures
Developing and executing the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practise partners
Preparing and issuing social media posts, website updates, and press releases
Coordinating and submitting architectural award entries
Planning and coordinating events
Keeping the practise directory up to date and maintaining a good working knowledge of our client base
Management and co-ordination of content for bid submissions and competitions
Requirements:
Previous experience in bid writing and/or marketing administration is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driving licence
