Your mission is to help us increase the volume, impact and reach of marketing efforts – make sure it delivers and pulling out the data to prove it.

What you’ll be doing:

Campaign and content delivery – owning the calendar, briefing creatives and ensuring ideas turn into finished, published pieces that support our brand and growth goals.

Email marketing – managing campaign and BAU newsletters, setting up and reporting on campaigns in Mailchimp whilst keeping our audiences clean and up to date.

A dab hand with data – You’ll track prospect engagement as they move from top to middle of the funnel and help maintain and update CRM data with tags and meeting notes.

Social first thinking – crafting scroll-stopping copy and content for LinkedIn and Instagram, managing our BAU social output, and growing engagement across platforms.

Events – you’ll be helping to plan and resource our events, whether it’s managing suppliers or sourcing fresh merch, you’re hands on and pro-active when it comes to ensuring things run smoothly.

Culture content – You’ll also help capture and promote our internal moments, producing employer brand that’s bursting full of personality for our channels.

Awards, partnerships and merch – You’ll keep on top of the awards calendar, supporting with creating the entries when needed and submitting them well on time.

Partners – You’ll join our Senior Marketing Manager on calls with our PR and Performance Marketing agencies, picking up any co-ordination tasks when required.

Mid-funnel management – you’ll help support the Head of New Business by tracking campaign engagement and co-ordinating the production of any nurture content needed to keep our prospects engaged.

What you’ll bring:
  • Around 3+ years in a marketing or content role, ideally in an agency environment
  • A flair for copywriting – your posts don’t just inform, they make people want to click, share, or join in
  • Working knowledge of MailChimp with Figma knowledge desirable.
  • Top tier organisation skills – it’ll be key to your success in this role! You love a deadline and get a buzz from being on top of things.
