A leading fibre connectivity company in Reading is seeking a Marketing & Events Executive to help bring their brand to life through various events and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, proven organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. We’re on the lookout for a Marketing & Events Executive to join our growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and events to gain hands-on experience in both areas. You’ll help us bring our brand to life through the many events we run each year – from industry exhibitions and customer showcases to internal celebrations and partner meetups – while also supporting a wide range of marketing activity that spans digital, brand, content, and go-to-market campaigns.
No two days will be the same, and that’s exactly the point. This role is designed to give you solid grounding across multiple marketing disciplines, with the chance to get stuck into a variety of projects and gradually build your skills and specialisms. It’s the perfect springboard for a career in either marketing or events.

You’ll also collaborate with colleagues from across the business – including sales, product, operations and exec – and liaise with agencies, suppliers, and partners. A great way for you to build confidence and make connections while learning the ropes.
