About Us:

The Academy of Nutritional Medicine (AONM) is a leader in integrative health and practitioner education. We work closely with laboratories, supplement providers, and healthcare professionals to deliver webinars, training workshops, and resources that empower both practitioners and the public.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing and Events Coordinator to manage AONM’s programme of practitioner webinars, trainings, and workshops. The role also includes supporting social media promotion, blog development, supporting email campaigns, and ongoing practitioner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate monthly webinars, trainings, and workshops
  • Liaise with UK and international speakers, set up Zoom events, manage event promotion
  • Post and schedule content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (daily)
  • Draft blog articles (Health Hub) based on newsletters and key topics
  • Manage email campaigns with internal team
  • Help to maintain event and promotion calendars, and support internal communications

About You:

  • Experience coordinating online events and/or webinars
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Canva, Google Drive, and social media platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Background or interest in health, nutrition, or integrative medicine is desirable
  • Comfortable working independently and responding to occasional real-time queries
