THE ROLE

As a Marketing and Events Assistant at Inflo, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting world-class events and dynamic marketing campaigns across the UK, US, and EMEA regions. Working closely with our Events Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll help bring our brand to life through impactful experiences and engaging content that connects with our global audience.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, working alongside the Acquisition Manager, Content Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Sales Development Representatives, and CMO. Your efforts will directly contribute to Inflo’s growth and continued success as a pioneering technology company transforming the audit and accounting profession.

This role is perfect for a proactive, organised, and creative individual with a strong foundation in marketing and events, and a passion for delivering tangible results.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing -

• Own and manage the social media calendar (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring consistent, high-quality content aligned with best practices and brand tone.
• Support wider marketing campaigns, including email, ABM, direct mail, and social content, all aligned with strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with our design specialist to create impactful assets for social and digital campaigns and develop branded templates for internal use (e.g. PowerPoint, stationery, merchandise).
• Provide operational support across the team – from diary coordination and meeting minutes to administrative assistance for the CMO.
• Assist with website updates and digital housekeeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
• Track and analyse campaign data, creating insightful reports that drive continuous improvement.

Events -

• Support planning and logistics for virtual and in-person events across global regions – including webinars, conferences, internal meetings, and summits.
• Take ownership of virtual event setup and delivery, ensuring seamless tech execution, speaker prep, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate event collateral (banners, print, merchandise), managing relationships with suppliers and international shipping logistics.
• Source and negotiate venues for various events, including executive dinners and customer summits – ensuring effective communication with venue teams throughout.
• Handle post-event reporting and feedback, championing a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop engaging event content – including speaker briefs, agendas, and promotional materials.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for team members attending events.

• Comfortable using tools like Hubspot, WordPress, Canva, SharePoint, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Experience managing suppliers and external partners, with an eye for negotiating value and quality.
