Job Description:

Based in Lincoln, UK, Lincat manufactures products for cooking, holding, and food display, supplied to commercial kitchens worldwide. Products are sold in the UK and over 50 countries through a network of distributors. Lincat Ltd is part of the Middleby Corporation.

We are seeking a Marketing and Digital Executive to support the Group Marketing Manager in promoting all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Social Media Activity: Develop and extend social activity on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This involves strategy, content planning, creation, optimization, and lead generation.
  2. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media and industry trends to ensure relevant and engaging content.
  3. Marketing Campaigns: Create campaigns including web copy, newsletters, literature, and event materials. Develop briefs for new products and collaborate with R&D, sales, and culinary teams for content creation.
  4. Company Website: Assist in website development, address technical issues, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
  5. Marketing Materials Development: Produce electronic newsletters, literature, event materials, and content for various channels.
  6. CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the CRM system as needed.
  7. Sales Data Analysis: Use data mining software to analyze sales data, research competitors, monitor partner websites, conduct end-user research, and develop new product ideas.
  8. Support Activities: Help organize events, liaise with marketing agencies, deputize for the Marketing Manager, and perform other duties as required.
