The Role:

As part of our Marketing team, the responsibility of the Marketing and Digital Communication Assistant will be to assist in driving awareness of SEVENSTORE in the marketplace by working with the wider team to update and deliver key brand stories. Reporting into the Marketing Lead and Head of Marketing & Creative, you’ll be an integral part of the marketing team and be responsible for daily tasks such as social media scheduling, product tracker updates alongside assisting with event production for our retail store. You’ll also play a key part in driving community and product led video content for Instagram Reels and Tik Tok.

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  1. Assist with monthly store activations and exhibitions based on the wider marketing calendar.
  2. Help develop unique events each quarter which connect us to our key consumer groups.
  3. Assist with sourcing and briefing creative assets for use across marketing channels and ecommerce.
  4. Liaise with multiple teams, approving suitable products and information to be included on all featured marketing communications.
  5. Assist Management team with delivering brand campaigns across all platforms; developing roll out plans (based on analytics), timelines of activity and platform distribution.
  6. Ensure all customer communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.

Digital Communication:

  1. Responsible for all ‘hard launch date’ brand communication to wider internal and store team.
  2. Assist ecommerce team with product launch information, embargos and asset management.
  3. Brief and manage all artwork requirements for marketing channels.
  4. Assist the Marketing Lead with mobile-friendly video content.
  5. Publish daily engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
  6. Produce monthly competitor and performance report, as well as ad hoc reports as required by internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Entry level Marketing role suitable for a Graduate.
  2. University degree in fashion marketing / community or a similar subject.
  3. An understanding of mobile-friendly video content produced for Instagram Reels and Tik Tok.
  4. Good copywriting skills, to ensure high standards of spelling and grammar.
  5. Strong familiarity with popular and emerging social platforms.
  6. Good understanding of social media industry and platform trends.
  7. Attention to detail with good editorial judgement, accuracy and sensitivity, ensuring accurate representation of key campaigns across multiple channels.
  8. A team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with multiple teams.
