With a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement, Wave Forward delivers impactful initiatives, such as the "Five to Thrive" workshops, which focus on enhancing mental health through evidence-based practices. The charity also engages with schools, community groups, and local organisations to extend its reach and maximise its impact via Wellbeing Ambassadorship training, counselling services and youth networks.

As a team member, you will play a key role in helping Wave Forward achieve its vision of a brighter, healthier future for young people.

Role Description

This is a volunteer, mainly remote role for a Marketing and Communications Trustee at Wave Forward located in Kendal, Cumbria. The Marketing and Communications Trustee will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting the Chair of Trustees, cultivating audience engagement, organising awareness campaigns, growing our Volunteer and Advocacy base, and promoting the organisation’s mission to support young people’s mental health across the South Lakes of Cumbria.
