Location: London WC1 and home-based
Hours: 35 hours per week
The Marketing and Communications Officer plays a vital role at the College by supporting the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and activities, helping the RCPCH to continue leading in children’s health.
Responsibilities include creating high-quality, compelling content in multiple formats that is on-brand, managing paid marketing campaigns across social media and other channels, and working proactively with stakeholders to gather content and assets for marketing priorities. The role also involves analyzing reporting data to improve performance, liaising with stakeholders to suggest enhancements, and advising on optimizations.
Candidates should have a good standard of education with demonstrable experience in Google Analytics and email marketing, a background in multimedia content production and editing, and social media marketing experience (both paid and organic). Knowledge of design and media editing applications such as Canva is required. Desirable skills include an understanding of project management principles, familiarity with Hootsuite, AdWords, Dotdigital, and experience with the Adobe suite.
