Marketing and Communications Manager (Built Environment) - High Wycombe

Do you have 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing within the built environment? Are you ready to take that expertise to the next level? Do you understand the language of architects, suppliers, contractors, and developers, and know how to position products to meet their needs? Are you looking for a role where your sector experience and marketing skills can drive real impact?

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity with a premium brand in their sector. You will develop content, press, social media, and tone of voice strategies to enhance their brand presence.

This role is a broad marketing position with a heavy focus on content (60-70%), involving duties across print, digital, and events, both in-house and via external agencies. The two key requirements are:

  1. Content Creation: A strong ability, aptitude, and desire to create content and copy. You must be a proficient writer, with content creation being a substantial part of your daily responsibilities.
  2. Proactive Attitude: An autonomous, intelligent, go-getter attitude. You should know when to seek help and when to run independently. Support and training will be provided, but capability is essential.

Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 4-5 years in a B2B content-focused marketing role. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a marketing manager, with funded training and development.

The role is most suitable for candidates traveling from High Wycombe, Marlow, Maidenhead, Slough, Aylesbury, Reading, Oxford, Wallingford, and West London. Hybrid working is available after an initial period, allowing for 2 days working from home.
