About the Role and Division

Based in Tewkesbury, our UK team of nearly 1,000 delivers capabilities across various domains for military, security, and commercial clients. The Marketing and Communications Lead will spearhead marketing strategies, leading a team to support business growth, engagement, and retention initiatives. This role requires translating business strategies into effective marketing actions, managing internal and external communications, and navigating a complex, global defense organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define annual marketing strategies and manage budgets
• Lead and develop the marketing team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Align marketing activities with business development and HR strategies
