An exciting opportunity awaits at the University of Bath for a passionate individual to join the ResLife team as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. This role supports the marketing strategy while fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic workplace.
An exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our ResLife team as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the ResLife Experience by supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of our marketing and communications strategy.
The ResLife Team, as part of the wider Campus Services department, is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive living and learning environment for our diverse student population. From pre-application to the departure of resident students, we are committed to providing an enriching ResLife Experience.
This position has a main focus and responsibility to the requirements of the ResLife Experience team, but also provides marketing support to other Campus Services departments.
Responsible for creating and scheduling engaging visual content across various channels informed by a monthly content plan. Additionally, you will support with a variety of administration tasks to support the Campus Services and ResLife teams, including the management of department’s feedback and complaints, tracking, summarising, and responding accordingly.

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual who will be able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your ability to balance a varied workload, exercise self-discipline, and contribute effectively to a team will be crucial for success in this position.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
