Base pay range

Location: HSL Comfort House Grange Rd, Soothill, Batley WF17 6LN

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Salary: £25k-30k (Depending on experience)

Job Overview:

HSL is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing and Communications Executive to support the delivery of a comprehensive PR and communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping brand messaging, supporting showroom growth, and engaging customers through impactful content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Co-ordination

Develop and implement engaging content plans across all social media channels
Capture and curate visual and written content aligned with brand values
Manage online communities, responding to customer interactions and fostering engagement

Content Creation

Capture high-quality, engaging content across our product range, showrooms, and manufacturing sites
Edit content for use across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality
Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to support campaigns and digital initiatives

Local Marketing & Events

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive footfall and sales at showroom level
Organise and manage in-store events to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
Work closely with showroom managers to identify and tailor marketing activity to local needs
Develop and maintain a local marketing toolkit, reviewing its effectiveness annually

Retail Marketing Support

Support the roll-out of national campaigns to ensure consistent implementation across all showrooms
Monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Oversee the distribution and usage of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends

Requirements
