Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Commercial Manager to lead our international market development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing commercial operations, and building strategic partnerships to support the company’s global trade expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead market analysis and identify business opportunities in key international regions.
• Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies aligned with the company’s import–export objectives.
• Manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and suppliers.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
• Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of commercial projects.
• Prepare regular reports on market performance, trade activities, and business development outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (RQF Level 6) in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial management, international business development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and intercultural skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
