This role is key to driving brand awareness, engagement, and demand through impactful external campaigns—while also championing internal communications that celebrate business development success across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager, the Campaigns Manager will take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery across identified strategic areas—from concept through execution, with regular reporting to track performance and measure ROI. This is a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s commercial goals. It spans a broad spectrum of Marketing and Business Development activity, including content creation, PR, email marketing, social media, events, market research, audience targeting, and new business generation.

  • Plan and deliver targeted, best-practice campaigns that align with EIP’s overarching Marketing and Business Development strategy and support the firm’s commercial objectives.
  • Take ownership of campaign development — from concept through execution—working across channels and audiences to deliver high-impact, measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager to identify commercial opportunities, client needs, and market trends—and build targeted campaigns that address these.
  • Collaborate with Sector Heads and Sub-Groups to support the continued growth and visibility of their practice areas and client base.
  • Deliver internal communications campaigns to raise firmwide awareness of marketing and business development activity, showcase success stories, and encourage greater cross-firm collaboration.
  • Implement robust tracking, reporting and review processes to measure the performance and ROI of all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support budget planning and management, ensuring all campaign activity is delivered effectively and efficiently within departmental budgets.
Enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation by:
  • Creating and managing engaging digital content and driving online engagement.
  • Identifying campaign opportunities across the full marketing and business development mix—including social media, web content, PR, events, and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and third-party providers to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

  • c. 2-3 years working in a campaigns role.
  • Experience of designing innovative campaigns which are not afraid to be 'better; different'.
  • Proven ability to plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing and business development campaigns.
  • A strategic mindset with the creativity to translate business objectives into compelling campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messaging for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing tools—experience with Canva and email design tools is desirable.
  • A professional and proactive attitude—personable, flexible, enthusiastic, and well-prepared.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels across the firm, including management of senior stakeholders to plan and implement campaigns.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to independently manage workload and priorities.
