We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives for the firm’s new Retail, Sport, and Hospitality sector, focusing on both strategic positioning and client engagement.

Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, but flexible working requests are considered.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy for key subsectors of Retail, Sport, and Hospitality, aligned with the firm’s global goals.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to shape sector positioning.
  • Drive the creation of high-impact thought leadership showcasing the firm’s expertise.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, panel engagements, and media placements to elevate the firm’s profile.
  • Enhance visibility through campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital initiatives.
  • Create compelling, client-centric propositions addressing sector challenges.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients and prospects across international markets.
  • Support partners in strengthening relationships with existing clients and converting new opportunities.
