About the Role

Join a top-tier global US law firm, based in one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings, as a Marketing and Business Development Executive. You’ll support the firm’s internationally recognised Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, and Financial Restructuring practices, advising some of the world’s most prestigious banks and financial institutions.

With a highly autonomous role, you’ll be responsible for driving a variety of marketing and business development activities that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the success of pitches and client presentations for Partners
  • Manage business development and marketing plans for practice teams
  • Use events, seminars, and corporate hospitality to develop client relationships
  • Maintain business development content and manage directory submissions
  • Create reports on pitch success and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Who We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years’ business development experience within professional services
  • Experience in legal sector business development, ideally with knowledge of InterAction CRM
  • Experience handling multi-jurisdictional bids is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills with fee earners
  • Excellent project management skills
Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • New joiners are expected to work 4 days in the office during the probation period
