We’re seeking someone to help convert interest into action—chasing leads, sending effective emails, and maintaining our brand visibility without relying on pink branding.

The role

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into customers and ensure our marketing efforts are proactive and effective. This role combines sales support and content coordination, focusing on seizing opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads to ensure engagement
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvement
• Maintain and update our CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Manage social media posts, especially on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages as needed
• Transform founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Improve organizational processes
