Remote, with occasional London meet-ups

We are DAME and we’re building a new kind mission-lead personal care business.

We make award-winning, sustainable period products, and we’re proud to supply everywhere from Holland & Barrett, to Universities, to the NHS, both across the UK and Europe. We’re multi-channel, so our work spans ecommerce, B2B sales, retail, and a healthy dose of mission-driven mischief.

We’re now looking for someone to help us turn interest into action. Someone to chase leads, send smart emails, and keep our brand loud, proud, and visible. Without the pink.

? The role

You’ll be working directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers, and help make sure our marketing doesn’t sit in the “we’ll do that next week” pile. It’s part sales support, part content coordination, and all about making good things happen without missing an opportunity.

? What you’ll do

  • Follow up with leads and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Create feedback loops so we can iterate on our products and service
  • Keep our CRM tidy and moving
  • Help run marketing emails (via Klaviyo or Shopify)
  • Post on socials — especially LinkedIn, TikTok and Insta
  • Write the occasional blog or update the odd web page
  • Turn things like founder talks or case studies into short, shareable content
  • Make things easier, smoother, and better organised
  • A junior marketer who gets commercial thinking
  • A sales assistant who can write a cracking email
  • A freelancer who wants more purpose in your work
  • A fast learner with common sense and curiosity

? You’re probably good at

  • Working with an independent mindset, not afraid to make a best guess (and even get it wrong)
  • Writing in a tone that’s human, clear, and doesn’t make people cringe
  • Getting organised and following up
  • Using tools like Google Drive, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and Adobe suite
  • Asking lots of questions when something’s unclear — and getting it done when it’s not
  • We’re a certified B Corp using business as a force for good
  • You’ll help scale a brand tackling plastic waste, shame, and health inequality
  • We’re a small, values-driven team who punch above our weight
  • Flexible hours, remote-friendly, and no office politics — just get stuck in
