You would be based in our Colchester office and would provide crucial support to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, creating engaging content, and undertaking any necessary activities to ensure the smooth running of marketing operations. You will have the chance to contribute ideas, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on our projects as well as taking ownership over various projects.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for marketing. You will have excellent communication and writing skills, a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with Excel and Sharepoint as well as social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Indesign or Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous, but not essential. Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is beneficial but not required, as for the right candidate, full training will be provided.
