Job description

Job Title: Marketing and Admissions Lead

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and proactive team player with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and prospective families. This role involves providing vital leadership by coordinating all marketing and admissions activities and increasing capacity in admissions marketing.

Our current admissions process is supported by a team across various roles, with the Head of Admissions dedicated solely to student recruitment. To address future challenges and maintain our standards of academic excellence and diversity, we are investing in this new leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities related to prospective families' journey, including brand awareness, initial enquiry, engagement events, application process, academic selection, offers/rejections, acceptance, and induction.
  • Prioritise relationship-building throughout this process, ensuring applicants feel valued, informed, and supported with transparency and care.
Details

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday, plus key event participation throughout the year.

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 gross per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
