Bedford Girls' School in Bedford is seeking a highly organised Marketing and Admissions Executive to support the Marketing and Admissions team. You will enjoy working in a busy team, interact with prospective families, current students, teachers, parents and alumnae, and bring strong customer service and database experience to the role.

This 37-hour-per-week position is term-time only plus four weeks in the holidays, with some weekend and evening work.

• Experience in customer service required.
• Experience working with databases.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tours for prospective families with staff and Sixth Form to tailor tours.
• Organise and run Open Mornings and admissions events; manage assessment days and student assessment centres.
• Manage Admissions diary and private visits with senior staff and prospective families.
• Support with school-wide mailings and administrative tasks for marketing activities as needed.
• Assist with Careers events, building relationships with alumnae for Lunchtime Lecture series.

Marketing and Admissions Executive

This role is a based on 37 hours per week, we are open to discussion around working hours.

Term time only plus four weeks in the school holidays. (Including some weekend and some evening work).

Full time equivalent £27,000 per annum, actual salary of £23,209.62 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and self -motivated individual to support the Marketing and Admissions team. You will need to enjoy working in a team and be confident to interact with potential new families, current students, teachers, parents and alumnae. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience of working with databases. This is an opportunity to work in a vibrant forward-thinking girls' school. You must be willing to multi-task, show creativity and by happy taking on variety of different responsibilities to support the priorities of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective parents, handling telephone calls, assisting with correspondence, arranging and accompanying school tours. Coordinate with key members of staff and Sixth Form to ensure tours are bespoke to the needs of the families.

• Assist with the organisation and running of Open Mornings and admissions events; assessment days and run student assessment centres.

• Manage the Admissions diary to coordinate private visits and appointments with senior staff and prospective families.

• Support The Bridge with key careers events. Build relationships with young alumnae to support Lunchtime Lecture series.

• Supporting with whole school mailings and administrative support for some marketing activities as and when required.
