Job Overview

Marketing & Admissions Events Coordinator (Graduate/Residential or experienced candidate)

We look forward to receiving applications from Graduates with a relevant degree and skill-set, or experienced skilled candidates with experience of planning and running events to support our Marketing and Admissions teams across both St Mary's Calne and St Margaret's Prep schools.

This new post is term-time only (35 weeks per year) plus 4 weeks to be worked flexibly during school holiday weeks. Working 40 hours per week, generally 08.30-17.00 staff are entitled to a 30-minute unpaid lunch break with lunch provided during term time. Occasional evening and weekend work is required when events dictate, however, these hours can be off-set against hours during the normal working work.

The salary for this post starts from £21, 782 (based on Graduate salary for 39 contracted weeks per year, rising in line with experience and expertise). Term time salaries are pro-rated for actual working weeks and are inclusive of 5.6 weeks holiday pay.
