THE COMPANY

One of the UK’s leading female-focused fashion retailers has undergone a £30m digital transformation, with major strides in omnichannel strategy and customer experience. The current focus is on optimising their digital platform, where even small speed improvements can significantly boost online revenue. Backed by strong tech infrastructure, including a cutting-edge Databricks platform, they’re aiming to lead the retail tech space in the UK.

THE ROLE

This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing CRM team, where 50% of sales come from email marketing analytics. You'll be involved in the launch of Amperity, a CDP platform integrated with Databricks, and will analyse £30m in media spend while overseeing the activation of new channels. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and ideally Python is required, with the chance to manage a small team of analysts.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
  • Strong SQL experience and ideally Python
  • Data visualisation – any tool e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc
