Marketing Analytics Consultant - Global AdTech | Fluent Turkish/English required

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Analytics Consultant for a globally recognized media and advertising tech leader. This is a contract role (via agency), fully remote within the UK, supporting high-profile Turkish advertisers across verticals like retail, gaming, airlines, and eCommerce. Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.

Key Details:
  • Contract Duration: 12 months, starting ASAP (max 4-6 weeks notice)
  • Salary: £130k to £145k basic (DOE) + benefits, paid weekly, PAYE, within IR35
  • Location: Central London (hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • UK-based only / no relocation or sponsorship
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with client and sales teams to deliver strategic insights and marketing advice
  • Manage measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis for 8+ major Turkish brands
  • Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to influence ad strategies
  • Collaborate with internal data, product, and sales teams to enhance campaign outcomes
Minimum Requirements:
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken, written, read)
  • Proven background in marketing analytics or advertising measurement
  • Strong client-facing skills with confidence in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of brand and performance ad measurement techniques
  • Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience with MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling)
  • Hands-on experience with AGM (Aggregated Gradient Models)
  • Familiarity with in-house experimentation frameworks
