Job description

Marketing Analyst – FTSE250 FinTech

Propel is partnering with a publicly traded, high-growth FinTech that’s transforming the way people invest. With over 300,000 customers across multiple countries and a product suite spanning stocks, crypto, and emerging asset classes, they’re on a mission to scale fast and open up investing to a wider, more diverse audience.

To triple their customer base year-on-year, they need sharper insight into who their customers are, how they behave, and which marketing strategies truly move the needle. That’s where you come in.

They’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to turn complex marketing performance data into actionable insight – optimising campaigns, spotting opportunities, and helping shape the strategy that fuels their next stage of growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse marketing performance across digital channels to pinpoint what’s working – and what’s not.
  • Build dashboards that keep acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs crystal clear.
  • Track and model metrics like LTV, CAC, and attribution to inform smarter budget allocation.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimise the customer journey and boost conversion.
  • Blend internal and third-party datasets to uncover trends, forecast performance, and find new growth levers.
  • Translate technical analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, growth, and product teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics and commercial data analysis – ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfortable using Python for data manipulation and modelling.
  • Solid grasp of marketing metrics, attribution models, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Skilled with visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker to make insights pop.
  • A communicator who can bridge the gap between data and marketing strategy, influencing decisions at pace.

The practical info:

  • Location: London-based
  • Hybrid: 3 days in-office
  • £80,000 - £90,000 DOE
  • Competitive wider benefits package

In a nutshell:

If you know how to turn raw data into marketing strategies that drive growth, you can confidently translate this and communicate it to the relevant teams, and you want a role where your insights directly shape the commercial future of a global brand – this one’s for you.
