Job Description

Taylor & Francis Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to join our Marketing Analytics Team.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can transform data into compelling narratives.

As a key contributor, the Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping data-driven strategies, supporting stakeholders, and enhancing overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, clean, and transform data from various sources
  • Analyse customer behaviour to provide actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Assist marketing teams to design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using a variety of tools and techniques including A/B testing
  • Assist with forecasting, trend analysis and scenario modelling
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies based on data analysis
Qualifications
  • Provenexperience as a Customer or Marketing Analyst
  • Skilled in profiling and segmenting customer data
  • Experienced in implementing and analysing A/B tests
  • Proficient in creating interactive dashboards, ideally using Power BI or a similar tool
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using Python, R or Alteryx for data transformation & manipulation purposes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical modelling techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address data discrepancies
  • Committed to continuous learning and self-development
Additional Information

Location:The successful candidate will be able to utiliseour balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within acommutable distance of either our Milton Park, Abingdon office or our London Blackfriars office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
