What You’ll Be Doing
- Track and report campaign performance across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRM, and organic channels
- Build dashboards and custom reports in tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Analyse key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, engagement, funnel conversion, and LTV
- Support testing strategies across platforms (A/B testing, incrementality, attribution modelling)
- Work closely with account managers and media teams to feed insights into client strategies
- Identify trends, segment audiences, and support data-driven personalisation across campaigns
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and clients with clear recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or data analytics role, ideally within an agency or multi-client setting
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing metrics and tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms)
- Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL able to extract, transform, and join data independently
- Experience building and maintaining marketing reports and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, and confidence making data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication skills you’re comfortable translating complex data into plain English
Nice to Have
- Experience using Python, R, or BigQuery for deeper analytics or automation
- Familiarity with platforms like Supermetrics, Funnel, Adverity, or Tableau Prep
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models, media mix modelling, or CRM segmentation tools
- Experience with client-facing reporting or agency-style analytics delivery
- Passion for consumer behaviour, brand performance, or creative testing
