Job description

We are recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join a well-established, successful, and fun Marketing and Events company in Harpenden.

This is a growing company with exciting growth opportunities within a busy and exciting industry!

Your role is to support across a varied client base, working seamlessly with the Account

Managers and Account Directors to support with support of ongoing projects.

Travel in the role in the future may be required so a car driver is beneficial but not essential.

This role would suit a graduate looking for their first role or a role within a marketing company to kick start your career.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support across multiple accounts, including preparing contact reports, daily event reports and response to pitch documents as well as ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required.

· Liaising with production houses to ensure they have the correct timings, helping with sourcing items for the production build and finding the best products and price

· Working across all third-party suppliers including merchandising companies

· Resourcing event staff and provision of staff briefs

· Dealing with staff hotels, councils permit’s and ensuring paperwork is completed and filed

· Helping team ensure documents are filed and completed at all times

· Work across and build full understanding of the business by working with Account Managers

· Scope to attending events nationwide as part of the production build team, and attending show

What the client is looking for:

· Graduates at entry level will be considered or candidates with administrative or marketing experience

· The ideal account executive will have some knowledge and an interest in the Marketing industry

· Eager to learn and be part of a team

· Can work under pressure and willing to work in a fast-moving environment.

· Is self-motivated and has a willingness to learn and grow with the business

· Strong communication skills, with clear written and verbal skills

· Will have strong collaboration skills and willing to work alongside multiple team members

and clients

· Willing to travel nationwide

· A car is beneficial but not essential
