The Marketing Administrator provides day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders deliver according to agreed timescales and costs. This is a fast-paced role within a busy and dynamic team, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to shifting demands.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support with administrative tasks in marketing campaigns, proof read marketing literature, and conduct all logistics coordination.
  • Update the project management tool to ensure all projects are input, up to date, and on track.
  • Support with organic social media by posting approved content.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure materials are completed or received on time.
  • Partner with the sales teams and take a lead in hosting and coordinating events, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, a coordinator or other relevant equivalent experience.
  • Strong data entry experience.
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently with little guidance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise high volume and varying tasks.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrable marketing experience is advantageous, but at least an interest in marketing is required.
