We value individuality and a team made up of people who bring a diverse range of experiences and perspectives to the table. If you share our love for the unexpected and you want every day you spend at work to be a chance to flex your creativity and test-drive your maddest ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

As the Marketing Activation Manager – Export, you will be responsible for localising, executing, and optimising brand activations across our key export markets (e.g., Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, and the Middle East). Working closely with our international sales, marketing, and distributor partners, you will ensure brand consistency while adapting strategies to resonate with local audiences.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into reality in markets where brand presence is still emerging.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Marketing Planning & Activation: Develop and execute annual marketing activation plans in collaboration with distributor partners and internal sales leads, aligning with global brand strategy.
  • Campaign Localisation: Adapt and deploy global marketing campaigns for local market relevance, ensuring cultural and channel-specific nuances are considered.
  • Retail & Trade Marketing: Design and execute in-market campaigns, POS collateral, and activations (e.g., samplings, events, coffee festivals) to support sales velocity and brand awareness.
  • Distributor Support: Partner with distributors to provide brand training, toolkits, and ongoing support to drive aligned execution across retail, foodservice, and on-trade channels.
  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Identify and lead brand presence at international trade shows, coffee events, and community activations with partners and baristas.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and activations, leveraging insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency, and with sales to drive commercially relevant marketing support.

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working across time zones
  • Willingness to travel internationally for key activations and partner meetings
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Desirable

  • Experience in plant-based, natural food/drink, or coffee categories
  • Familiarity with working in emerging markets or with challenger brands
  • Knowledge of global compliance around marketing assets and claims
