As a Market Street Baker, you will be the face of our fresh bakery in-store. Your role will include:

1. Ensuring customer confidence in the availability of fresh bakery products
2. Maintaining quality, fresh, and attractive displays of food throughout the trading day to promote sales
3. Preparing bakery products for sale according to company specifications, using appropriate equipment (e.g., prover, oven, mixer) and bakery skills, including a variety of bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products
4. Delivering outstanding, friendly, and helpful service, helping to remove barriers and create moments that matter for our customers, highlighting the traditional skills and fresh products we offer
