Key Responsibilities:

  • Review hotel daily pricing in relation to competitors, city events, and other factors
  • Maintain and grow RGI % above local competitors
  • Follow group procedures for credit, accounts payable, and receivables
  • Implement strategic plans to enhance hotel revenue in collaboration with senior management
  • Produce accurate daily and monthly rooms forecasts for review

Rate Management:

  • Set and adjust rates across channels based on detailed analysis
  • Utilize tools to maximize yield
  • Maintain rate parity across distribution channels
  • Ensure timely rate updates with commercial urgency

People & Relationship Management:

  • Manage on-property resources to optimize revenue
  • Support team development in Revenue Management
