The Job You'll Do

• Working in a friendly team environment, calling professional individuals who have recently completed training, higher education, or an apprenticeship to complete short surveys.
• All calls are research-based, with full training and ongoing support provided.
• You will use a user-friendly software system with drop-down menus and multiple-choice options to record findings.
• You need to work at pace and be very accurate in recording information.

About You

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in an office environment and making/receiving calls is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work quickly and meet targets.
• Comfortable making warm outbound research calls.
• Previous customer service experience from any sector is a plus.
• Recently left higher education and seeking an immediate, enjoyable job role.
• Available to start immediately and accept a temporary assignment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 19:00.
• Off on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
