The Market Research Supervisor will lead a research team within a fast-growing international technology environment, driving data-informed decisions and strategic business growth. This role combines people management, research strategy, and hands‑on expertise across qualitative and quantitative methodologies. You will oversee the full research lifecycle, from translating business needs into research questions to delivering actionable insights and recommendations. By exploring new markets, analyzing competitors, and understanding consumer behavior, you will help identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning. You will also establish scalable research processes, improve quality standards, and introduce automation to enhance team efficiency. Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, you will ensure research priorities align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive research professional who enjoys developing talent, optimizing operations, and turning complex data into meaningful business impact.

Accountabilities
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the Market Research team by setting objectives, distributing workloads, prioritizing assignments, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback to support professional growth and high-quality delivery.
  • End-to-End Research Management: Oversee the complete research lifecycle, from clarifying business requests and defining research objectives to selecting methodologies, conducting analysis, presenting findings, and recommending actionable next steps.
  • Research Planning and Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the research backlog based on business goals, available resources, project dependencies, and deadlines. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and realistic delivery schedules.
  • Research Quality Assurance: Ensure methodological rigor and consistency across all research activities, including sampling, research instruments, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and final reporting.
  • Project Delivery and Risk Management: Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, proactively identify potential risks, resolve blockers, and escalation issues when necessary to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, align expectations, communicate progress, and present findings in a clear, persuasive, and business-oriented manner.
  • Market and Consumer Insights: Expand market research capabilities by investigating new geographical markets, evaluating competitive landscapes, identifying audience segments, and analyzing consumer behavior, preferences, and needs.
  • Insight Development and Business Recommendations: Translate complex qualitative and quantitative findings into structured insights, executive summaries, and practical recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Research Operations and Process Improvement: Standardize research methodologies, documentation, reporting practices, and knowledge management systems to improve consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across the team.
  • Automation and Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive research tasks and introduce tools, AI‑powered solutions, no‑code platforms, or scripts that streamline workflows and increase productivity.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on research progress, project outcomes, team workload, delivery timelines, and progress against agreed objectives.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, UX Research, Service Design, or a related field, including hands‑on experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Team Leadership: Previous experience managing a research team or coordinating the work of multiple researchers, including task delegation, workload planning, performance monitoring, and constructive feedback.
  • Research Methodologies: Strong knowledge of surveys, in-depth interviews, desk research, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and new‑market research, with the ability to select appropriate methods for specific business objectives.
  • Project and Backlog Management: Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage several research projects simultaneously while maintaining accountability for quality, deadlines, resources, and outcomes.
  • Research Design and Critical Thinking: Ability to translate business requests into well‑defined research questions, identify suitable methodologies, recognize research limitations, and ensure findings are reliable and relevant.
  • Data Analysis and Synthesis: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, identify patterns, synthesize insights, and formulate evidence‑based conclusions.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Excellent research reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize key findings, prepare concise executive summaries, and communicate clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including expectation management, constructive feedback, clear reasoning, and the ability to explain complex findings to different audiences.
  • Organization and Ownership: A structured, independent, and proactive approach to work, with strong accountability, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage commitments effectively.
  • Research Tools and Documentation: Experience using task management tools and maintaining research documentation, project records, and knowledge repositories.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, enabling effective collaboration in an international working environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience researching international markets; working in iGaming, FinTech, entertainment, or other highly competitive B2C industries; coordinating external research agencies, respondent panels, or international recruitment; developing Research Operations and quality standards; automating research workflows using AI, no‑code tools, or scripts; applying statistical analysis methods or BI tools; and managing research budgets or evaluating research effectiveness.
