This role involves overseeing and nurturing relationships across 500+ cities in nearly 200 countries, ensuring a robust, reliable, and scalable on-the-ground data collection capacity that supports the company's mission and operational excellence.

You'll be working across time zones and cultures, helping to maintain and strengthen a responsive and scalable data-gathering network. The role combines operational oversight with relationship-building, and would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative, ever-evolving environment where no two days are the same.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Network Management

  • Recruit and onboard new agents in underrepresented or newly prioritised locations
  • Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure consistency and accuracy

Real Estate Partner Management

  • Build and manage partnerships with local estate agents or relocation professionals in target cities in conjunction with the Mobility Costing team
  • Maintain a vetted and diverse pool of local rental market experts with regular updates on conditions and trends

Vendor oversight

  • Track performance metrics (response rate, data quality, turnaround time) for individual contributors and the network as a whole
  • Define and enforce quality standards, deliverables, and timelines alongside other Data teams
  • Design incentives, compensation models, and SLAs to ensure agent engagement and reliability
  • Regularly audit data sources and agent submissions to uphold compliance and methodological standards
  • Manage relationships with external data vendors to source information used in ECA data

Coverage Strategy Support

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and grow coverage to new locations
  • Propose and implement changes to the network to match evolving strategic goals

Process & System Development

  • Contribute to the design and refinement of tools and platforms used by the agent network (e.g., data entry portals, communication tools)
  • Maintain documentation, guidelines, and FAQs to scale network support.
  • Work in an AI-first environment, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale, where it is secure, accurate, and reliable

The Ideal Candidate:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing a geographically distributed network (e.g., research panels, freelance contributors, vendors)
  • Strong vendor or stakeholder management skills across cultural and geographic boundaries
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and consistency
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving, global environment

Desirable:

  • Understanding of panel recruitment and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM or vendor management systems
