Role Overview: As a Field Interviewer, you'll visit people's homes to conduct interviews using a tablet, gathering insights that influence public policy and services across the UK. This role involves community engagement, resilience, and excellent communication skills.

Recruitment Process:

Application, one-way video interview, final interview (role play), and offer. Support available for reasonable adjustments.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Curious, confident, resilient, and motivated by meaningful work.
  • Valid UK driving license and sole use of a car.
  • Class 1 Business insurance.
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a DBS check.
  • Reliable internet, a laptop or tablet with a camera, and basic tech confidence.
  • Availability for at least 20 hours/week, including evenings and weekends.
Benefits & Pay:

Flexible freelance role earning typically £18–£20 per interview, with additional bonuses, admin fees, and holiday pay (12.1%). Average earnings around £15.12/hour including holiday pay.

Additional benefits include travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and performance bonuses.
